I have not got week 2 or week 3 weapons or charms

I have made 2 tickets and no one has responded to me so I’m posting in here to get someone’s attention I have not got my stuff just the candy and I have spent hours doing the challenges and all I’m getting is nothing so I want to know why I’m not getting anything but the candy when I have put in like 10k of the gold candys in and not getting the weapons or the charms can somebody tell me what’s going on because I’m now getting annoyed by this I have reached out and go no email back for the issue

I didn’t get anything that’s why I’m annoyed and I put 2 tickets in and only got candy nothing else

What do I do then because they not reply by email and I have done both weeks and got nothing but 500 candy

Yeah I understand that you are mad... everyone would be...but none of us could do much about your problem that's why people are not replying to your messages here
