Interacting with Iris's picture after she passes away at the Exile's Cave makes it so that Crane talks to Amelia everytime he wakes up from bed. It's honestly taking me to the good ol' times where Aiden used to have seizures when going to sleep.
I haven't tried leaving the game and coming back, but still figured I should let you know this conversation keeps repeating every day that passes.
