Glitching in a wall after sleeping

I went to sleep to play at night in-game but during the animation, Aiden clips through the wall and can't get out. Fast travel or grapple hook doesn't work saying "Fast Travel is not available at the moment" and "Can't use grapple hook here." since I'm still in the safe zone.
