I have reinstalled the game multiple times, and each time upon launching and checking the bottom right corner of the game menu, I always get the “techland online service:disconnected”. This is preventing me from playing the Halloween event. Does anyone have a solution or encountering the same issue?

Had the same thing happen to me last week with my steam deck. It took me deleting the game and then doing a fresh install and that fixed it. But as for today. It took forever but my steam deck finally worked today but the Halloween event wasn't working properly. As for my pc, it never would fix the problem, I am afraid I will have to do a fresh install again on my pc to fix it.

I’m not sure what’s happening with mine. I have done numerous reinstalls and still haven’t gotten the game to update. I’m hoping it somehow fixes itself by tomorrow or something. I really want to play the event

Have you checked how it launches? You can do proton hot fix and see if that will do it. Also I have both an original lcd model and the oled. The lcd i can stay on the beta build of steam deck os with no issues. My oled, sometimes I have to go to stable to fix issues. Maybe try one of those
Also I just finished a run of tower raid, I know it is currently working. But I tried until around 3pm to get anything to work and it wouldn't even load. After it now works but at first the Halloween event wasn't working properly.

I’ll see what I can do. Honestly I just been uninstalling and reinstalling and hoping to get the update, no dice. I’ll see about switching steamos version, but I doubt that will do anything tbh. Just odd since I see ppl online on my version of the game, and there are even other users on here who have the same issue
