Bolters and convoys are your best chances. Bolters always contain 3 military medkits and convoys often has medkits, with it being usually 1 or sometimes 2. Also helps with getting ammunition to sell or use, it's a win-win.

I have a method for farming dozens of volatiles a night, but I only ever get 1 medkit (2 if I'm extremely lucky) a night. Also I've been using legendary bandages, but just wanted to stock up on medkits too.

Best option is to hop in a game with someone thats a high lvl or u be a high lvl and then jus get volatiles to come to the town hall by fireing a gun and kill alot of em for an hour or so and youll get a good amount of med kits i have like 99 + a 38 stack of em jus from doing that wit my freind hes lvl 14 and im legend lvl 46 so yea best way we’ve figured out plus u get tons of ex and the new finishers on the volatiles are so cool

Actually i dont think i payed enough attention to that im pretty sure u still gain tons of xp (depending upon ur new game plus or just regular the xp is diff) i dont think theres a cap
