Falling glitch

Hey can someone help with this? Every time I load my save the floor disappears and I'm stuck falling until I die from nothing and no matter what I do it won't fix and I'm stuck and can't progress with anything, thank you

this problem only occurring in the main story it doesn't effect tower raid mostly at carnage hall

And what happens if you go directly to tower raid from the main menu and then come back to villedor?

I fall and die

I load in then I get the most previous dialogue and then the floor disappears and i can't fast travel or open main menu

Did you try to join someone else game and then come back to yours?

that was the first thing I did all I did was fall for 15 minutes till they kicked me

I mean like someone send you an invite you accept it/you been in the main menu of your game/not actually in game

hmmm... like let someone invite me to their game?

Exactly....but you been on the main menu...not in your loop and then go back to your game and see

I could try that ill text back if it doesn't work

And what happens if someone is joining your game while you are in your loop?

this worked I just can't go to carnage hall and when someone tries to join they join but they are not affected so it's just me could be something in my settings I just don't know what it could be

Your quest is bugged

Try finishing other quest

And come back at later stage to that one

this fixed it I can now freely go through carnage hall, thank you a lot👍
