Avalanche and Spark Mods (Visual Bugs)

Reposting this as it's been a continuous issue since the game released and is now affecting another mod.

Im having a couple of issues with the Avalanche Rare Shaft Mod (and now the Spark shaft mod).

The look/ model of the mod itself is incorrect and doesn't match the mods picture
When the mod is attached to a weapon and the mod is swung/ used, it phases through the weapon partially or completely to the other side.

Is this a know issue or affecting anyone else?

I'd say it's a known issue since all mods in weapons clip in a way or another with the new weapon models of the beast.
I hope they fix this anytime soon bc it can get annoying at times, also submit a ticket so you make them more aware of this issue
