maybe a bug or something like with Twitch rewards that you had to complete the prologue again
or we did it offline and it didn't count us
What would even count as being offline to not get the rewards
i have same problem, in coop i played week 1 and rewards are not showing up
i got it meanwhile but it took very long. I logged in multiple times during the day and always got the message "an item was put to your stash" or however to translate it and nothing was there. but now in the evening few hours later it showed up and I could redeem it
Yeah that isn't the deal for me besides i think I have another type of bug that i am encountering
I have exactly the same problem.
I only played for about two hours in the first week, but it's highly unlikely that anyone will not cut off any heads, arms, or legs during that time.
The only possible alternative is that we're misunderstanding this, and the rewards are added at the end of the 11 weeks, not at the end of each weekly challenge?! 🧐

I just submitted a ticket via the support website, also asking what they mean by that. Each week individually, or only after 11 weeks.
But honestly?
Waiting 11 weeks for the first reward would certainly result in more reports on DC & Steam. There are four or five threads open here on DC about the Week 1 reward. We'll see what support says about this when they clarify. I'll quote them here if they clarify.

Although I've personally been lucky so far, my two multiplayer partners have only had a few problems with it so far, but they both got the Week 1 reward this time. 😅 *
Update:
After about four days, I received an email notification that my ticket had been forwarded to the development team. Now I just logged in to check if the reward has arrived, and now I have both Week 1 and 2 rewards in my inventory. I haven't received a response from support yet, but I suspect it might be an Outpost issue, as before.
