Key maps not saving

Has this annoying bug been fixed yet ? I pre ordered the game only to find out that changing the keys to my desired ones wouldn't save, reverting back to default. I saw a large number of others with the same issue so I decided to refund the game until it was fix.

for me it saves, I changed a bunch of keys and everything going fine

however car controls cant be changed

Maybe it's been updated then ? I#ll take another look at it.
