i dont know if i already have it or not but i cant seem to find a legit solution on how to claim all the deluxe items such as the map, official soundtrack, etc etc. I have downloaded the files, i even tried extracting them into the games files and still, nothing. There is just the deluxe edition chest sitting in my stash and i dont know if i did it right unless this dissapears or unless i am able to claim it. I dont know what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey so idk if ill be of much help but when i had downloaded the deluxe items it came in a folder which was separate to the game and it included all the mentioned items like the weapons and armor and the pack stays in the redeemable rewards to show the website incase you lose it. Again im not 100% sure on this but i do have access to the deluxe OST, map and wallpaper pack and it still shows up

If you own the game on Steam, you can find your Deluxe Edition Digital Content in the game’s installation folder:
Open Steam → Right-click the game → Properties → Installed Files → Browse Local Files
