Fsr 3 is not some magic bullet, you need enough spare processing power to handle it properly and XSX simply do not

There is no way to “make it better” it really only works well in 3rd person slow paced games, not games like the beast. Understandable that you want it but it would most likely make it worse
On my PC with 70 base FPS and frame gen up to around ~110 FPS the input lag was bad enough to make me feel motion sick

if youre talking about if the frames look stuttery then yeah on ps5 sometimes my game feels like 60 then feels like 25-30 thats just performance issues
