Deluxe stuff isn't working

Hey so the stuff you see in the writing is in a downloadable file on the website that is mentioned on the item it will lead you to a page and get you to make an account afterwards you should be able to download the OST wallpaper pack and the map

I did and my phone says there's something wrong with the file. It doesn't let me download it again but says it'll be available through my dying light account

so you downloaded it on your phone correct?

I was having issues too but it turns out there's several parts to the download. The zip file it self was a very tiny file size, but you have to download all the parts which have a .part extension on it after the .zip and the file names isn't in any numerical order. I just kept clicking and saving like 10 files not knowing how many there were. Then clicked on the first zip file downloaded that unpacks the files and that worked and got all the deluxe stuff.
