I am running DX12 with all the highest settings (no raytracing) at 1440p with DLSS on quality. My framerate is very high (250-400fps) but I am experiencing micro-stutters and bigger stutters which makes my 1% lows hover around 100-200fps. When it stutters it drops down to roughly 20fps on the 1% lows. Also if I enable DLSS frame gen at all it more or less instantly crashes my game. Is there any resolution to this? I am more concerned about the stuttering than anythng else.

Temps are all way below the max (e.g gpu 45c cpu 39c
Do have hardware accelerated GPU scheduling enabled? I believe frame gen requires that and I think the stutters may be because of a to high framerate so try capping it
In old tech land games if the framerate goes above a certain point you get big stutters
