So, I bought the Deluxe Version of Dying Light: The Beast, and saw that both the Hero of Harran bundle and the deluxe upgrade were still available. Naturally, I thought that to acquire the remaining content - I would have to acquire the upgrade. This was not the case, and I am remiss to say that I have received nor experienced anything new, and this was a total waste of ten dollars. Is there a way to fix this without requesting a refund? I just wanted the Hero of Harran bundle.

Hero of Harran was a pre-order bonus. I don't think you can get it post launch. As for the deluxe pack, you should get a pop up on the main menu saying something like ''you've unlocked the pack'' and contents should be in your stash. Check redeemable rewards check in your stash. There's where I found my deluxe content.

I already had that, and somehow got the deluxe pack twice
