Today i just see when i connect to my save i cannot access to the map and i see a lot of my safe zones have been reset is it a bug ?????

Ok after see i think it's a CO OP bug
it's look like if i play on my save with all my blueprints but i can talk to npc like if i never do the quest
and it doesn't appear
Looks like something my save is freeze in the save of the guy i do the story
Like i can unlock this Safe Zone
but i have already the blueprint
