Ah. Then perhaps you could try to leave the game and join back in. Usually it fixes that, esspecially since my issues were with killing Baron's soldiers that just don't work sometimes.

Hmm... Is there no other exits? No vents? No windows?
Actually, try joining other players. If they're iin an open area in free roam, you'd usually be there. Or the nearest Safe Spot.

There was a window, but I closed it because there was a quest to make it safe...
Co-op mode? I've never tried multiplayer.
This is my first time, so I'll give it a try.

Shared progress saves? Do I need to activate them manually? Or do I need to do specific activities on other servers? I'm still stuck when I leave co-op.

It tells you when you're in the pause menu whilst in somebody's lobby. A tick means it's shared, a cross means only XP and loot is saved.
