Can I please get some help? I've been trying to get in contact with techlandgg support and I have yet to receive a reply. I was gifted the game over a year ago and finally started playing a few days ago. But noticed that the stash extra tab is empty. But on my outpost reward history I have 35 rewards I have never redeemed. Can I please get some assistance with this? One of the rewards goes all the way back to 2021. I've been collecting things as they go given out it really sucks that I wont be able to use any of the rewards I've been accumulating. Thanks.

Yup prologue is done. I tried getting 4 more rewards from the armory on the outpost site and 3 went through but 1 didn't so I'm not sure what's happening.

Hi tech land every time I try to log back into my acc it says this (It looks like your account was not activated. You should get confirmation e-mail with details.) but there is nothing on my email how can I fix it. If I cant fix it I cant get the rewards from the event

Yup I don't get it either the first reply from them seemed to acknowledge the issue and they asked if I wanted it corrected i answer "yes please" and all I got was radio silence after that. Like how hard is it to correct an email linking issue?

My game is still not showing any of my reward from the outpost site and im not able redeem any reward I've accumulated for years for the day I finally decided to play the game. Like what was the point

Have you checked your back pack too, redeemable award section, I’ve had the same damn problem. I bought the ultimate edition, and my box won’t open at the top. They’ve not fixed my issue with the linking to the out post.

Yeah so im pretty sure now that the support team has been told to ignore any support for dying light 2 because this is honestly bs at this point

The support literally told me all they had to do was unlink an email... this takes weeks to do apparently

I got a reply finally and it resolved nothing. I was told to sign in incognito. That did nothing. I tried posting screenshots of my issue that is pretty obvious what is happening. But I also sent them to the support and the guy disregarded them.

Or is that the whole point of this because you think well buy your in game currency for in game items?

There is a very obvious discrepancy in the dates of when i started playing and when i finally had access to the stash that literally proves i never received any of my rewards and when i logged them on my account. I have screenshots of everything.

my game started updating... patching on a diffrent drive than where i have it installed and is saying its going to take 3 days to finish....

i cant clear is so im just going to reinstall it... that will only take 10 minutes... not 3 days...
