In the Stay Human quest I found the way to get to the attic for the picture and interacted with the picture of the family before triggering the voice line "gotta find another way" that happens when you go the up the stairs and it has caused the side quest to get stuck at the "find the family picture in the attic" step therefore I can't finish it. I've tried leaving the area and going back and restarting the game altogether and nothing fixes it that I've found so far.
