I've done the dark zones for armor gear for instance the ''heavy armor''
I have all 6 pieces and i have 39 armor but the max it's possible to have 51.
How do i get to there can i loot more of the same armor or what am i stuck because i looted it at ''lower'' level ?

its based on your level. it goes up automatically while your level goes up.

strange, that sounds like a bug then. all my sets armor ratings were leveling up with me as I went.
Maybe try wearing the set and rebooting to see if having the set equipped and restarting the game somehow wakes the game up to the sets stats not being correct?
