So basically, I joined someone to help them out on a mission (In co-op) and then I left immediately to my own game, and after that, all the things I had unlocked reset to gray, so I went to activate them again, they stayed deactivated, and the access to Lydia's cave was blocked off permanently and the only way I could progress through that was joined someone else's lobby that's doing the same mission.
