Multiplayer not working at all

I have an issue where anyone who joins me automatically leaves the game. They get kicked so fast that I don't even see that someone is joining, just that they left. Sometimes when playing alone I also just have the issue where I sometimes just get popups saying that I'm now playing offline, but I become online again like 5 secounds later. The exact same thing happens in RDR2. I think the fact that it happens in multiple games might just help to pin point the problem, but it only happens in those 2 games and Dying light 2.
