Is the 3060 not good enough to run this game? I have every setting set to the lowest possible, yet I'm running at 95% GPU usage while playing.

It’s perfectly normal for a GPU to hit 90+ usage
I would be more worried if it wasn’t because that would mean a cpu bottleneck
