And I still can’t get through this Same building

It's a side quest from the exile's cave go into the room with the 2 guys sitting on the bed to the right of your room

There’s a different entrance, that entrance up there is meant for a side quest only apparently

Im pretty sure you can only go out of that entrance and not into it
