update literally cut my frames in half

was playing about 120 fps before update and now i checked all the settings and they are the exact same but im running at 40-60

weird, it made my fps better

nah cuz whenever i had frame gen enabled it would have a bunch of input lag

If you have an NVidia card did you have reflex enabled? Don't use reflex + boost. Also make sure if you right click desktop etc. that scaling is set to no scaling and done on the GPU. Scaling on the display causes input lag even if nothing is being scaled. Wit all that set up correctly the input lag from framegen should be quite minor. Maybe not imperceptible but this isn't playing CS GO for money prizes.

I am having the same issue except I get 15-20 fps with no settings changed after update the other day, prior to was getting 144 fps solid

Did any of you solve ot yet? I don't have that problem but if I had would find out where the graphics settings file is located and delete it, then run steam files integrity check for the game and then check the options menu again.
Maybe one of the previous settings was set to a new ridiculous value amd it looks the same in the options menu as before but actually the value in the file changed radically. Like a 100 became a 1000 or whatever.

I mean to go from 144fps to 20 sounds like something drastic like view distance changed from 200 to 2000/infinite or something like that.

I fixed mine I ran a file integrity check then changed the game settings within Nvidia control panel back up to 144 fps now

im having the same issue, frames cut in half and frame gen doesn't even boost my frames (not that i use it anyway)

im using an AMD card
