Playing on PC, Brutal, but I suspect this would work on all platforms and difficulties.
When doing the last step of the Hunting Yaga quest and you choose to kill the scientist, he will run outside, leaving you inside the house with only one way out: the door you came in through.
If you close this door before the scientists soldier friends reach the house, you cannot open it again, trying results in the message "Can't use. Enemies nearby."
Since this is a scripted event, the enemies will never lose aggro so you are effectively softlocked and will need to exit the game.
I did not try having people join in multiplayer.
Exiting and restarting the game will put you outside the same door with the scientist still inside and you can proceed with the quest from there.
