Places like these spawn in hives that only appear at night
kinda like how a hive spawns in a dark zone in DL2 only at night
other than that, hives don't "reappear" outside of quests

just checked. It's definitely bugged cus it's not appearing anymore
I just know that it has appeared before at night
unless it's considered a "random encounter" like rescuing a survivor

Yeah I saw a video where someone was showing this hive and when I was checking it on my self I found nothing so I was wondering if it could be a bug or something
