FPS Limiter does not work correctly.

I usually set my fps to around 165 to match my monitor refresh. But it doesnt matter if I use the in game fps cap or use the driver cap via the nvidia app, whenever I go
to the crafting station my fps goes crazy sometimes into the hundreds even tho I have capped it.

Seems mainly tied to the crafting station, scrolling crafting or upgrading just breaks the fps cap. Measured this with the steam overlay.

Not an in game solution but have you tried the Riva Tuner program to limit to exactly 165? It's also the best fps limiter for framegen like DLSS and Lossless Scaling because it's so precise. It's better than the Nvidia driver options.
