Beast Grappling Hook

so ive noticed quite frequently in the beast and its open world that once you get the grapple hook its not very useful. im finding myself spending more time looking for a spot the grapple hook will actually latch onto rather than having fun with it and its simple things too like trees, highway signs, even some buildings that are 100% climbable normally although sometimes used for balancing. theres also plenty of fuel silos, water towers, you name it that would be perfect tools to use as a grapple location but since devs dont want you climbing it theres also no hook spot. Mentioning in hopes that maybe a dev will see and try to make the grapple hook slightly more viable
