grappling crosshair won't show

After the most recent update (1.0.2.2 on xbox) the grappling hook crosshair doesn't appear in have set the grappling crosshair to both on and dynamic both do not work

I didn't even know there was a crosshair lol. It's never popped up for me, I thought that was just a game design
