When you incapacitate an enemy sometimes they just walk it off. This has happened to me numerous times. Low quality example:

This has also happened to me before with a zombie without a torso just walking it off

Im on pc, running a gtx 970, i7 4770 and 16 gigs of ram.
game runs pretty okay for what it is, the photo just looks really bad because im a motion blur enjoyer

I've seen other people say they experienced this too though, and from what i know most people have insane rigs
