here wit an i9 14900k and im experiencing fps drops and CPU usage is jumping.. my gpu is 4060ti and its completely fine... but my cpus usage is jumping from 4 to 20 and its parkouring its ways while i game... i ran other games like GTA5 and theres no single issue... this game is the only one whos been beefing wit my cpu lmao, if anybody else encountered something like this id love to hear, im wanting to beat the game so badly but wit the unstable fps its just so annoying...

Yes, sometimes stutter happens to players, and changing from DLSS to FSR seems to fix the issue
