Nah, that one is broken and makes a black Papercutter from DL2 but with the Bresslau Blade name and description. This one gives you the actual Bresslau Blade and blueprint and actually has the gold, curved blade you see in the photo. The other one is bugged for sure, but this one is legit.

There's the stats, and two screenshots to show proof that the model is correct and it's a different weapon than the "wrong" Bresslau blade which I have next to it in my inventory
