So I get that the recent hot fix has fixed some things but I still haven’t gotten the legacy skin, yes I’ve owned the game “before” September 20 and the news letter on PlayStation says that the skin would release “shortly after” the game fully came out.

No idea if anyone else has the same problem, could just be me, I don’t know.
