I doubt its hidden, it's just boots and not some special weapon, no reason to hide them in the last corner of the map imo.

Especially when the game grants you Armor pieces at every POI early on

In terms of time investment and reward, XP Boots should be hidden in that case, as leveling up quicker has the most impact on progress imo

So basically, if they are really hidden, I dont get why they would be

This just feels weird

Also cannot remember having to look up guides for Armor parts except some parts of the Rogue Set

You're butthurt about a video game and telling me to grow up that is comical. Maybe it's because some users got the bruiser boots from doing that side quest. I've seen video of people finding them after doing the mission beside the bed in the town hall

If I dont find them in safe zoned I will start looking inside every interior I can

Yes, also the gloves are found inside the town hall but they appear after you finish the game so I count them as mission

All others are obtained by side quests
