Potential Bug with "What Happened At The Asylum" Achievement

not 100% sure if its a bug or if i missed something, i asked in other channels and got ignored,
so i collected all the collected all the collectables for the Asylum during the mission but didnt get the "What Happened At The Asylum" Achievement
this a bug or did i miss something else?

I think it's a bug, I got all the medical records and it didn't give it to me unless there is something else in the dark zones above it

I forgot but my friend has a issue where the trophy for all side missions is bugged

Have they done all the racing quests

It's apart of the sidequests

i came across other collectables that mention the Asylum so maybe there's more scattered around,
im working on 100% the collectable atm so ill get back once ive done see if i got it or not

Check the basement area I got a few new things down there, I think it's stuff to do with the Fischer people

i went though the whole thing twice,
i got the achievement now,
you also needed DR. Tal Cubero Recordings

i just wanted to make sure it was an issue and not something ive missed 1st to make sure i didnt waste the Support Teams time

now just gotta run around getting the remaining 25 Murals and thats the collectables 100%
