Im forced to skip the Techland start up everytime I launch the application

I don't believe its a cinematic, itll show the techland logo then switch to another one quickly then load the game automatically ,but sometimes it gets stuck on the techland logo and you have to skip ,I could be wrong tho

For me this has been the case since launche there is no cinematic or anything this screen appears and i have to press skip to continue
