Nobody can get the door open but you can glitch through the wall to get it, I did it earlier
Just jump into the wall behind the charm (you can see it with survivor sense) over and over while spamming grab and you'll get it. Took me maybe two minutes

It's in the upper middle village area. It's not hidden or anything, the key you need to open the door is just bugged and nobody can pick it up to unlock the door
