#Apex Car & Legacy Outfit not in Stash

I played the game for 26 hours right now and can’t see the skin to claim. On the website nothing in the stash nothing. Can anyone tell me what wrong is?

I played the game for hours straight my self, as soon as it launched and I haven't gotten the car skin or legacy outfit. I believe it could be because I owned the Dying Light 2 Ultimate edition. I knew this would happen if we couldn't preload

I got nothing of both. Just the axe and shotgun is in my stash.
@forest marsh That's not true about the Ultimate Edition. I was able to preload a few days before release because it was available for a short time, but the preload had to be removed everywhere. Since some were able to start with the preload on 15.08 approximately, which is why it was completely removed until the release

Well all my friends couldn't preload, and they even stated why Dl2 owners couldn't preload so I dont know what you did to get it

The preload was released a few days before the release. Probably by mistake.

But some people, including me, have noticed this and have already downloaded it. However, Techland made a big mistake which meant that some people were able to play for a few hours on September 16th. Techland then completely removed the game from all stores, so no one could download it. Those lucky enough to get the preload already had it on their consoles.

Here u can see when i downloaded the game. As u can see i was able to predownload it.

It was really only a period of about 5 hours where this was possible

As mentioned, the bug allowed some people to play earlier. Therefore, the Ultimate Edition doesn't make sense. We should be just as entitled to get the legacy skin and the car skin.

Well i didn't get to preload and everyone i know didn't get it. I even asked and got told by a dev and multiple menbers that it was a technical issue, but was assured all preorder bonuses would still be received

Where the hell is the Legacy Outfit..

I know its being added later and we are getting more details soon, but like no one can explain why we cant have it now? Like is there file texture bugs? Is there a error with adding something to the game? Is the Outfit not rigged properly? Techland give us a reason!

I don't even have any of my redeemed dockets in the stash. Nor the legacy skin. Got the apex car skin though, have already reached out to support 4 days ago, no response yet.
