“We’re safe here!” Trophy safe zone issue

I have done every single safe zone and found everything in them, I double-checked online for locations and everything, and the trophy hasn’t popped, one thing I will say though is I cleared the safe zones with a co-op. If someone who has does this trophy can send me a map of the safe zones or if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
