After activating i believe my 5th substation i made a radio call to the npc who initially gave me that quest and he tells kyle that there is a reward for him waiting at the town hall(i cant remember the exact dialogue) but there is no reward and no chatting promt with the npc upon returning to the town hall.

After completing All substations i made an other radiocall and the npc said he would put a reward in my stash. There is nothing new in my stash. So 2 rewards that i was supposedly getting from doing the substations where not received
