The Apex Car and Legacy Issue

Pre-order the game months before, waited the next patch. Still nothing.

I've downloaded the hotfix on Steam and I also am not seeing it, seems like multiple people are having that problem based on the questions in the castor-woods channel

here is both a screenshot of the main menu showing it is the most recent game version and a screenshot of my stash showing I have pre-ordered the game but do not have the apex car as well

OH! I misread your post, my bad. I didn't realize it was UNTIL the hotfix is live on all versions THEN the Apex Car skin will be added even if your specific platform is up-to-date
