Treasure C4 and C3 are bugged on top of A2

For C4 the junk loot is there but the blueprint isn't, same thing happened at first with C4 but on top of that i came back and now i can't even go down the hatch to check if the reward light be there. The hatch is powered but there is no prompt to open it.

Can't you read, i had no problem solving the puzzle . The reward wasn't there.
