Can’t redeem burning wolf axe??

I have 15 hours and i still can’t redeem it has anyone else been able to or is it just me? is there anyway for me to get it if i contact support? i’m really confused and i have played while online very recently so that’s not the issue. Any solutions would be appreciated thanks.

I also can't redeem it. I'm pretty sure I played like 4h by yesterday. When I heard you need to be "at least online once" I switched from single player to be able to find games and because "time in menus" doesn't count I had to run the game on the side today (I had to do home office). I'm at 9.5h now according to steam so I should def fulfill the criteria but still the website says it didn't register me playing 4h+ yet. We'll see...
