Stomping a zombie's head doesn't trigger one of the head gore model and the 2 handed weapon finisher doesn't trigger a slash wound on the zombie's chest.
There's also a minor bug where the copped off limb or head just disappears into the world's geometry, especially after kicking it.
#Some finishers (including stomp skill) don't trigger a corresponding gore effect.
