Lately I'm experiencing overheating issues when playing Dying Light The Beast on the PS5 console and I need to know if this problem is happening to more users or just me

Clean your playstation, its probably full of dust block the airflow throughout the console. Either that or your console doesn't have enough space around it. Ps5's are known to overheat if they don't have enough room to breathe. Any aftermarket stands, cooling units, etc

pull off the side panels and point a household fan at it, add in your own DIY cooling, i'm in Australia and i used to have to add my own cooling to my PS3 slims. Basically theres very little a dev could do to reduce your temperature, your unit either can run at full load or it can't. So try cooling it better.

Update, the console at one point showed the overheating message again and the console suddenly shut down💀

@balmy canyon you might have to clean it. It's pretty easy to clean. You just have to take out the fan which is easy because it doesn't require messing with the internal it external only and you just have to clean off your heatsink

@balmy canyon his time has come that what happened with my PS4 last year it finally burnt out. That's what Sony doesn't make them like they used to
