secret bunker / UV bars location

In the second picture, there is a vent you can remove that will lead to a secret bunker, you need to find a keycard in a closed room that you can get to through the vents, and then power on the generator in that same bunker, you can then open a door with a keycard that leads to a military crate with ~8 UV bars
