Whenever I have started the game after beating it I have gotten the same OST, not even restarting fixes it, and after the OST finishes, no more open world OST's play anymore

Hey, I somehow found a fix/temporary fix, I found the side quest The Fast and Fortunate and the bug has stopped, so maybe the game OST bugs out when you have no quests.
