Do you guys think we'll have another expansion just like The Following focusing on the cure or in another thing?
or we will have another Dying Light game about it, i really wanted to know if we'll have a cure for the virus someday

I think we’ll get a eventual dlc sometime in the future

I don't believe Techland at all when they say this is the last game about Kyle OR that it's the only game that will have the Beast Mode stuff. The final cutscene is literally Kyle, Aiden, and Lydia hero-posing at the camera with Kyle telling the GRE lady he's "focusing on you" so they're obviously setting up for a DL3 with the three (lol) of them teaming up and building an army/resistance to take them down.

Seems to me like they're going to lean fully into the hybrids vs. GRE story and I'm here for it. Would be really cool if the 3rd game took some inspiration from their Dead Island roots and let you play as both Aiden and Kyle, maybe even Lydia, and they each had separate infected skill tree playstyles.

Someone throw a !remindme out on this: Dying Light 3 will let you choose to play as Aiden, Kyle, or Lydia and they will have different powers for their beast/fury mode.
Lydias will be a limited use ability to control enemy infected just like she does in the last mission of the The Beast. Trust me, they aren't leaving that mechanic to die in a single mission for a spin-off title

It'll be Dead Island style where everyones in cutscenes but you'll be whoever you chose to play as. And they'll finally solve the weirdness of Dying Light coop where everyone is the same character lol

If we're talking about a small expansion, what if they show us what Spike and Aiden were doing after DL2? I mean, just to give Spike a proper send-off.

Spike is like 70 years old bro, so it’d be Aiden lol, they could just do a mission/event like spike had with DL1 before 2 came out when he helped people get out, or another mission that is a epilogue mission before the next game comes out of Kyle Aiden and Lydia journeying to their next location as I said like when spike got his but this time it would reveal the games next area. Would be a cool way to reveal it.

Yeah he’s like 49 turning 50 in one, there is stuff mentioning his birthday coming up and such. Then 20 years pass by the time 2 happens. So yeah he was up there in age at 70-71. So makes sense why he wasn’t as quick or agile when getting caught. I don’t really think he was the combat sort of guy because we never really saw that with him. He was a teacher or something before Harran outbreak happened . Can look it up. It’s interesting. As for Brecken I think he’s out there still and was captured at a point by Lady GRE. I guess before Amir died (he was GRE agent) or when crane told the GRE about Brecken leading the tower, that they had some sort of intelligence and I bet, they tried to sabotage Kyle by later capturing Brecken and I have a feeling the GRE did the same to Lena. I really feel if the devs wanna drop a cool bomb on crane they’d have them being held for leverage in a way if crane tries anything in the next game.
