This is just the latest I've had this happen, but stuck on this quest saying to Eliminate the Baron's soldiers where the last soldier keeps the yellow bullseye indicator. Dying, restarting the game, system, etc. doesn't seem to help this. This happened also in an earlier quest at the first power station but a restart cleared it up the last time. Any thoughts?
