major fps drops after ~1 hour of playtime

i have a rtx 4060 with i9-9900k, medium settings dlss quality with framegen on, when i start playing i have somewhere around 120-144fps but after some time of gameplay (~30 minutes to one hour) my fps drops to 40-50fps
